1 Login & Start Log into your account, click Make a New Submission, then check the 5 Submission Requirements checkboxes and the Privacy Statement. Mandatory
2 Upload Submission Upload your manuscript file (Format: .doc / .docx). Select the document component as Article Text. Mandatory
3 Enter Metadata Fill in the detailed manuscript information including Title, Abstract, Keywords, List of Contributors, and References. Mandatory
4 Confirmation Review all uploaded files and data. If everything is correct, click the Finish Submission button. Mandatory
5 Next Steps Submission complete. Your manuscript is officially in the system queue and ready for the Editor's initial review. Completed

DETAILED METADATA COMPLETION GUIDE (STEP 3)

The Enter Metadata stage is crucial to ensure your article successfully passes the initial administrative screening by the Editors. Use the table below as a guide for filling out this section:

OJS Field Name Correct Instructions / How to Fill
Title Enter the full title of your manuscript (Use proper Title Case formatting).
Abstract Copy and paste the text of your abstract only. Do not include the title or author names in this field.
List of Contributors If the article is co-authored, click Add Contributor to add the name, email, and institution of the 2nd author, 3rd author, etc.
Keywords Type your article's keywords one by one (separate them with a comma or press the Enter key after each keyword).
References Copy the entire reference list from the end of your manuscript and paste it neatly into this box.

Important Post-Submission Note:

Once your submission is successful, the manuscript will undergo a Desk Screening by the Editor to check for format alignment, followed by the Peer-Review process by designated Reviewers. You can easily monitor the progress of your submission at any time by logging back into your OJS account.
