Regular Issue Schedule

The journal publishes two regular issues per year on a six-monthly cycle, consistent with the frequency recorded in the Indonesian National ISSN database:

Regular Issue Scheduled Publication Month Frequency
Volume (current year), Number 1 February First issue of the year
Volume (current year), Number 2 August Second issue of the year

Each regular issue is identified by its volume, issue number, and publication year. The scheduled months describe the journal's intended issue-publication cycle; they do not constitute a guarantee that an individual manuscript will be accepted or published by a specific date.

Submission and Editorial Processing

Authors may submit manuscripts electronically through the journal's online submission system, subject to the submission portal's availability. Every manuscript undergoes initial editorial screening and, when suitable, peer review under the journal's applicable policies. Acceptance depends on scholarly merit, relevance to the journal's scope, reviewer assessment, required revisions, and the editorial decision. Submission does not guarantee acceptance or placement in a particular issue.

Publication Dates and Issue Assignment

Historical publication dates must not be backdated to match the planned February–August cycle. The publication date recorded on an article page and the issue assignment displayed in the online archive should accurately reflect the journal's publication record. Where articles are made available ahead of the completion of a regular issue, their online publication status and subsequent issue assignment should be clearly distinguished. The editorial office is responsible for maintaining accurate and consistent metadata across article pages, issue tables of contents, and archives.

Schedule Changes and Transparency

Any officially approved change in issue frequency or scheduled publication months should be announced on the journal's website and reflected consistently in the About page, Publication Schedule, issue archives, and relevant indexing records. The journal endeavors to communicate material scheduling changes clearly to authors, readers, and indexing services.
