Editorial Roles and Responsibilities

The Editor in Chief provides overall editorial leadership and oversees the implementation of editorial policies, peer-review quality, publication ethics, and final editorial decisions.

Members of the National Editorial Board contribute to manuscript screening, evaluation of scholarly relevance, selection of appropriate peer reviewers, assessment of revisions, and editorial recommendations according to their respective academic expertise.

Members of the International Editorial Board, upon formal appointment, contribute their disciplinary perspectives and expertise to international scholarly collaboration, editorial consultation, and the advancement of research quality and academic visibility.

Editorial Independence and Publication Ethics

All editorial decisions must be based on academic merit, originality, methodological rigor, relevance to the journal's scope, and ethical compliance. Editorial members are expected to disclose potential conflicts of interest, uphold confidentiality, respect the integrity of the peer-review process, and withdraw from assignments when impartiality may be compromised.
