Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran intervensi pendidikan dalam pemberdayaan Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) yang dikelola oleh penyandang disabilitas di Rangkasbitung, Banten. Studi ini melibatkan 120 UMKM disabilitas sebagai responden, dengan data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan wawancara mendalam. Intervensi pendidikan yang diimplementasikan meliputi pelatihan kewirausahaan inklusif, literasi digital, dan pendampingan manajemen usaha, yang dirancang secara partisipatif dan disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan penyandang disabilitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan tersebut secara signifikan meningkatkan pengetahuan bisnis, keterampilan manajerial, dan kepercayaan diri pelaku UMKM disabilitas. Selain itu, literasi digital yang diberikan mendorong pemanfaatan e-commerce dan media sosial untuk memperluas akses pasar dan jaringan usaha. Kendala utama yang diidentifikasi adalah keterbatasan akses modal dan infrastruktur, namun intervensi pendidikan terbukti mampu memperkuat resiliensi dan kemandirian ekonomi peserta. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya integrasi pendidikan kewirausahaan inklusif dalam strategi pemberdayaan UMKM disabilitas, serta perlunya dukungan berkelanjutan dari pemerintah dan masyarakat untuk menciptakan ekosistem bisnis yang lebih inklusif dan berkelanjutan.
