TINJAUAN LITERATUR TENTANG PENGETAHUAN KONTEN PEDAGOGIS CALON GURU MATEMATIKA: MENGINTEGRASIKAN KONSEP DAN STRATEGI PENGAJARAN (2020–2023)

Studi ini menelaah literatur tentang Pengetahuan Konten Pedagogis (PCK) calon guru matematika di Pasuruan, dengan fokus pada kemampuan mereka mengintegrasikan konsep matematika dengan strategi pengajaran yang efektif. Penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya pemahaman konseptual yang mendalam dan kemampuan menyederhanakan ide matematika abstrak menjadi penjelasan yang dapat dipahami siswa. Dengan pendekatan kualitatif, studi ini menganalisis publikasi terbaru dari 2020 hingga 2023 untuk mengidentifikasi tren, tantangan, dan peluang terkait pengembangan PCK di kalangan calon guru. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa meskipun banyak calon guru menunjukkan pemahaman yang kuat tentang konsep matematika, terdapat kesenjangan signifikan dalam kemampuan mereka menerjemahkan konsep tersebut ke dalam strategi pengajaran yang efektif. Studi ini menyoroti perlunya program pendidikan guru untuk menekankan integrasi pengetahuan konten dan keterampilan pedagogis, yang pada akhirnya meningkatkan efektivitas pengajaran dan pemahaman siswa. Pengetahuan Konten Pedagogis (PCK) adalah komponen penting dalam kerangka pendidikan, terutama bagi calon guru matematika yang tidak hanya harus memahami konsep matematika yang kompleks tetapi juga menyampaikan konsep tersebut dengan cara yang dapat diakses siswa. Dengan fokus pada integrasi ini, program pendidikan guru dapat lebih membekali pendidik masa depan untuk berhasil dalam peran mereka, yang pada akhirnya menguntungkan pengalaman belajar siswa dalam matematika.
